وقعت جمعية مبرة فلسطين - مركز حمد بن جاسم للرعاية التأهيلية المتكاملة ممثلة بالمدير العام للجمعية أ. محمد لبد مع مستشفى سمو الشيخ حمد بن خليفة آل ثاني للتأهيل والأطراف الصناعية ممثلة بمدير عام  المستشفى أ. نور الدين صلاح مذكرة تفاهم من أجل توثيق آليات التفاهم وترسيخ مفاهيم التكامل والتعاون بين الطرفين   في مجال خدمة ومساندة الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة والمساهمة في تحقيق تكاملية الخدمة المقدمة لهم.
